In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the 68idn platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 68idn strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 68idn reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gaming access is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 68idn. The operation of duplicate accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order placed through 68idn's Responsible Gaming tools or through any regulatory body with jurisdiction over your account.
• Not a Prohibited Territory Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction designated as a Prohibited Territory by 68idn.

To access the real-money Services offered by 68idn, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Supplying false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your government-issued identification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 68idn will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified 68idn of unauthorized access without undue delay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 68idn operates a KYC program and may require you to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID — before processing your first withdrawal, when your account balance or transaction volume exceeds defined thresholds, or at any time we consider necessary to comply with our internal compliance policies. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Member is entitled to register and operate exactly one account. If 68idn determines that a Member operates more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings and bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided, and the primary account may be permanently suspended.

3.5 Account Security Notifications. You agree to notify 68idn's support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. 68idn will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 68idn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 68idn does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Member using a foreign-currency payment instrument are the Member's sole responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section and may be updated at 68idn's discretion. As a general guide, minimum single deposits start from Rp 10.000. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are credited to your 68idn account upon confirmation of receipt by 68idn's banking system. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. 68idn is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's banking provider or network issues outside 68idn's control.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. 68idn targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes from the moment a withdrawal request is approved. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment method, bank operating hours, volume of requests, and KYC verification status. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 68idn reserves the right to require that a minimum amount has been wagered from deposited funds before a withdrawal is processed, in order to prevent the platform from being used purely as a payment processing intermediary.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained legally. 68idn does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Member. Deposits made from payment instruments registered under a different name may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 68idn maintains internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls. Suspicious transaction patterns — including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without commensurate wagering activity, or use of multiple payment methods for small transactions — may trigger an account review and temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 68idn offers promotions and bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, eligible games, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated multiplier (e.g., 10×, 20×, 30× the bonus amount) using real-money wagers on eligible games. Wagering contributions may vary by game type; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. 68idn reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts if it determines that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using 68idn bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

5.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active. While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's account, maximum bet limits per round or event apply as specified in the relevant promotion. Placing wagers that exceed these limits may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any wagering progress associated with a promotion will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and their associated winnings are automatically forfeited without further notice.

5.6 Right to Modify or Cancel. 68idn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already deposited in reliance on it, 68idn will honor the deposit but may substitute an equivalent bonus offer.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game, betting market, and draw available on 68idn is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating exclusively to that game.

6.2 Provably Fair and RNG Certification. All software-based games on 68idn (including slots, virtual table games, and crash games such as Aviator by Spribe) use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, ensuring verifiable fairness on every hand, spin, and round.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on 68idn are conducted according to official draw schedules. Results are published on the platform immediately after each draw. Any dispute relating to draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw time; disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.

6.4 Sportsbook and Live Betting. Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, and all other listed competitions — are subject to their own market rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided (e.g., abandoned matches, postponements) will be refunded to the Member's account balance. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets where one or more selections are voided will have the relevant selection removed and the bet recalculated based on remaining selections.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager amounts per bet or spin vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be updated at 68idn's discretion without prior notice.

6.6 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that results in an ambiguous game outcome, 68idn reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. No compensation will be payable for anticipated winnings from a voided round.

68idn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe environment for all Members. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Members may set maximum session duration limits that prompt them to take a break after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days at any time by contacting our support team.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who believes that gambling is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting 68idn support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 68idn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform while under the minimum age of 21.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 68idn.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the 68idn cashier as a money transfer or currency exchange service by depositing funds without genuine intent to wager.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward other Members or 68idn staff.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.

All content on the 68idn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, game assets, audio clips, and the overall appearance and layout of the platform — is the property of 68idn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without 68idn's express prior written consent.

The 68idn name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 68idn. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

68idn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include: data encryption in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL technology; strict access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only; no sale of personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; and retention of account data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 68idn, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data for specified periods. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68idn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 68idn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 68idn's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 68idn does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Members access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate antivirus and security software on their own devices.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 68idn's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

68idn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects Members' rights or obligations — 68idn will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying active Members via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 68idn platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 68idn is incorporated and licensed to operate. 68idn operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized international regulatory authority.

68idn acknowledges that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. The platform is made available to Indonesian residents who access it under their own volition and in accordance with their own assessment of the legal position applicable to them personally. 68idn makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory is at the Member's own risk.

Any dispute between a Member and 68idn that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
